This place would be cool to work for if the following things were to change: -fire or transfer the existing general manager who runs that place with an iron fist. no joke. like its world war two and hes a certain unpopular nazi dictator who needs a nap. the guilt and shame this man child can try his best to make you feel over the most trivial things that usually have nothing to do with you- is enough to never apply there. -get rid of armando. he has the worst attitude of any bartender i\’ve ever worked with. -hire a runner or run the damn food yourself. STOP YELLING. AND CUSSING AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS. everyone can here you. its so unproffessional and classless. i thought you were striving for perfection. start with yourselves by fixing the problem logically. has it ever occured to you that screaming for runners might not be the best idea? like a bunch of apes. grow up.
