A class action lawsuit , anyone?

People BE AWARE ! This is not a place to work. I worked there long enough to know the difference. Musicians Also be aware. They promise an hourly rate or a salary all under the table. Then they give it to you for about 2 weeks then when it comes down to payday they will come up with some lame excuse and promise to pay you soon.
They have done this to several employees until they quit. When you make an issue of getting your pay they try to put you down and make you look and feel like an inadequate person ,no matter how good you are doing your job, Tess the Philippine bitch is the master of this. These people make their own kind look bad. And when you quit you will not get all your pay and have to hunt them down like a hunter hunting a deer. Be aware of being on the clock also Write all you hours down and compare them to your paycheck i will guarantee you will be many hours short on every paycheck cause Caesar will go into the computer and alter them every day. They will ask you to clock out and help them close, or don’t clock in until the place is set up Approx. 1 1/2 hours to do this. Tess the owner is a sneaky conniving little bitch, She will sit in the office and watch your every move on their closed circuit video surveillance system. and god forbid you say anything bad about her and she hears it she will ride your ass until you want to smack her.
Here is the sad thing Tess she owns the bigger half of the rest…….. but can’t open a bottle of wine! The food is horrible also none of the sanitary health codes are followed. Their freezer smells like rotted food. Gary the Chef now is the only thing they have good there but the poor guy is stilled owed over $8000.00 in back pay. and has quit and came back after months of vacation trying to collect his pay to no avail. Now he only works and gets his pay daily. I didn’t get a pay check for 3 months and when Christmas rolled around and i needed it thinking it was like having money in the bank and surviving off the tips. I didn’t get my pay till Dec 28th and they reneged on a verbal agreement about the rental of their apartment complex and used all the money they owed me on security deposits and last months rent, when they were supposed only charge me for first months and exchange last and security for repairs on the apartment that i did just so i could live half way decent. They Still owe me $400.00 + in back pay. I just go there now and drink their booze and leave every time with out paying just for the hell of it. These people are sneaky and great rip off artist. Their business is primarily Jazz and hire musicians who work for absolutely minimal even if they have a good following they will screw you on the cover charges they receive.
I am looking into a class action lawsuit on them, but i need more people that they owe money to, and can prove it. So far i have three. Any body else have stories on them or want to get into a class action suit to get the money they owe you us and god knows who else? Some body got to teach them a lesson ! Don’t ya’ think???????
