DON’t work for Marriott Seattle Watefront

This is the second time that I tried working for marriott and both times i witnessed nothing but bunch of incompetent pricks running a hotel and the f&B department. Horrible GM and AGM and the HR director only cares about the POLICY not the facts. No one cares about employees who are working for peanuts. They eliminate positions left and right and no matte how long u worked there u become history over night. Horrible working environment. This marriott doe snot represent marriott culture whatsoever. THe Eceutive team should try Farming instead.
i actually aplied at the marriot watrfront in seattle, i have a great resume, i am a proffesional, i went for an interview and the stupid chick who intrview me didn’t have any idea about wines.
later that day, i sought her going to a motel with the hgm. No wonder they have that low quality employess!
