DRUGS

One word DRUGS.. Ok I know a good portion of restaurants have some sort of drug issue but when the place is going under because of the owner and his habit you know you have a problem. In the time I have worked here I have watched the kitchen go through 4 Kitchen managers, 3 front of house managers and over 20 servers. The owner not only uses drugs but tries to get the employees to use them and then fires them for either using them or not using them. I have watched on several occasions when the owner would come on to the female staff and then get pissy two hours later. From the moment the place is opened he has a drink in hand and we employees are constantly tell him that he has powdered sugar on his face from his morning "doughnut" I watched today as the latest kitchen manager was let go and treated horribly. Jeff the owner needs to grow up and learn how to treat people instead of acting like his employees are bugs to be smashed at his whim.
