i have worked here for almost 6 months and i would never eat here again.
not only do they not hold any standards in the kitchen but almost everyone in the kitchen is a felon. i understand that people make mistakes in the past but these people have not changed and still act like they are in prison. i have only seen a select few wash their hands on a regular basis, not to mention that most of them have a "b.o" issue.
moving into the bar….. on any givin night you can go in there and there is a great chance your bartender will be on coke. look i have worked in this industry for a long time and i know that most bartenders drink behind the bar but thats not all they are doing. not cool.
now the owner (zenta) will come off as a super nice lady but she is not. the company has had a few shows like a fashion show. not only did she not do anything to better this production but she ran her mouth about everyone involved. saying terrible things about them, hoping they failed.
she also sponsersteam called the Tacoma Cobras. these poor guys are trying so hard to make this new team work and all she has done is kick them down. if they needed to talk to her about something she would tell me " i dont care if they want to talk to me" then she would either hide in the office or just take off. pretty much my point is dont go in there thinking for any reason that this place will help you. zenta is all about herself!
when itcame January 1 that everyone in washington state who was paid min wage got a raise not only did she not give it to us she refused to pay us back for the month of january. this woman is a joke. she has never worked in a restaurant before and doesnt even help her staff. there has been multiple times i have needed help and she just sat there and watched. what a poopy boss. there has also been times when not only her but management has been just sitting around watching the staff work there but off offering no help and letting food get cold. the microwave everything.
they cant keep thing stocked in the bar or kitchen. its sad she has had multiple capable people ad she hs jusst pushed them out the door. my point is that i will never step foot in that place ever. i would suggest you do the same.
