Not as glamorous as it seems…

I have worked for this money-grubbing establishment for several years. You used to be able to make great money there, but the lack of professionalism from the managers makes it impossible for the truely professional service staff that has worked there for decades. Everyday consists of sexual harrassment, discrimination, wage loss, tips being served out to managers (mandatory), and no support from the HR team. Most of the service staff in the restaurant is over 35 and several have worked there for 10+yrs. They are all fearful for their jobs and get treated like SHIT!!! The restaurant has been sued for Age and Gender Discrimination and has a class action lawsuit against them. Beware its not what it seems from the outside.
