God, what a terrible place to work this was! I only worked there for about a week, but holy shit, I am glad I did not make the cut (because I could not hand toss the pizza dough; oh well, I could have learned), otherwise I would have gone nuts. The owner is a paranoid idiot who runs around like a chicken with his head cut off when there is only ONE ticket on the line. Him training me was ridiculous. When the order came in for a pasta dish him and the other cook starting buzzing in my ears on how to saute it. Two of them AT ONCE!!! I mean, come on! It\’s a fucking pasta dish! Let me just do it myself as opposed to distracting me with your idiotic useless comments! Speaking of pasta; what they serve is mostly rotten. The pasta smelled so foul one day that I wanted to throw it away. I mean, how the hell can you serve that shit? But the owner told me to RINSE IT!!! Fucking disgusting! I would never do that! Also, when I got my check at the end of this ridiculous \”training\” he only paid me $9/hour when his craigslist ad clearly said he would pay $10 and up. Oh well, at least I am not at that hellhole anymore. :)
