Location: Walla Walla, WA.
I was hired out of Hood River OR. I was suppose to be a well enogh pay to move me out to the middle of nowhere. I worked there for two monthes and got sabotaged so to the point that the security gaurd called me and apolagized. They said I left a burner on! not a fierable thing even had I done it. The kid below me wanted my job. I passed him up on a job got in a confrontation with the restaurant manager who was his girlfriend. Also the crew liked and respected me. Unfortunatly he had been sucking off the owner and the hack of a chef for along time. So while the bar and the banquet crew lost money and the restaurant that made money, I got the axe. When they fired me two line cooks left with me. No warning, No severance, lost money on a deposit . The worst part is it such a small hic town not only was my reputation and ego damaged but there was no where to go. The only blessing’s I don’t have to ever see those people and I’m in Seattle. So be weiry of small town politics
