I agree. We do have an illegal immigrant problem, however their presence in our industry is because of ignorance on the part of upper management. It is the proprietors and management that hire these unskilled and low wage alternative illegals. This issue screams out for ranks of a culinary workers union. If we organized and joined forces we could defeat this insanity.
