unfair tip practices
Establishment: game on sports grille
Location: tacoma
I was hired as a cook at Game on Sports Grille in Tacoma and was told that the kitchen would be involved in a tip pool once a week in lieu of higher wages..The tips were collected by the General Manager but never sent to the kitchen staff and we were never compensated as we were told .Just because we are from another country I don’t think that it is fair that greedy managers take advantage of hard working immegrants . does anyone out there know what I should do?I mean is that legal ? could I get the GM in some deep trouble ?

I hope he gets the help he needs. Personally I am proud of the fact that I am closing in on One Year without drugs, I am saddened by the fact that John has posted negative, groundless comments about me on every site he can find.

If you handed me a worthless check, you would have a bigger problem than an internet slagging.
Shortly after ranting about our tips not being handled correctly be were given payroll checks that bounced.Needless to say we do not work there any more
