Establishment: Bjs restaurant and brewhouse

So when I first started working at Bjs I thought it was a cool establishment with good management. I came from a restaurant up north where management had their heads completly up their asses and completly based hiring off looks alone. but thats an entirely different rant all on its own.
Now I soon found out after a couple weeks of working there as a bartender/server that the general manager, a female, was competly unprofessional. Not only does she sleep with one of the regional trainers, she begins to sleep with one of the servers as well. I was one of the very few female bartenders hired on and I think that was cause she was threatned by any females with any kind of authority. I heard the way she talked to the guys that worked behind the bar with me and it made me want to throw up in my mouth. She would always instigate the flirting it was never the guys that started it, and she was always such a bitch to the other female bartenders. She would wear the shortest skirts to work and the tighest jeans and t-shirts. Now she deffinetly wasnt young, these clothes were totally unprofessional for her age and her position. And she would walk around on the floor during a rush with her ipod in her ears. I could not belive my eyes when I say her doing this.
This establishment is way too corporate, and their general manager is a complete unprofessional, I can see how she got the position she has and it wasn’t cause of legimate hard work. She gives females in the work place a bad name.
This is soo true. Annette is an awful general manager but for some reason BJ’s corporate can’t seem to recognize that.
